I'm getting my sis' 52' reg 1.4 to learn in and drive about for a few months after i pass, then i'm getting a new car.

Just wondering what're they like to drive? Anyone got/had one?

I own a Saxo Furio 1.4. Not a bad little car although I don't drive it at the moment. Not had any problems with it and it's not too bad on the fuel. The insurance is a bit of a killer though at £1900. Will be even more for you if you're just passing!

If I had to buy a saxo (woe the day..) I'd just buy a 106, as they're exactly the same but with cheaper insurance as they're involved in less accidents. Saxos are alright but deemed quite a 'charva' car, but if you're getting it for nout then that's not bad!

i'm the star in the reasonably priced car!

They're meant to be dreadful cars, but if you're getting one for nothing then, who the hell cares?
Insurance might be a bit costly seeing as it's a 1.4 though, so watch out for that.

what are you all on about they're awful cars??? saxo's are possibly the funnest cars you can get for your age, i got a VTR as my first car - 2600 on insurance but was worth every penny, the performance of a saxo is reallyyyyyy nice. easy as **** to do them up as well. i downgraded in performance to a 1.4 corsa c 06 plate but was a nice looks upgrade.

it's gonna be mint bro although furio's are like wannabe vtr's ahaha
