How much is frog mask and how do u start the events :s

Frog masks, are Untradeable they are like "mime clothing". They events are also like mime, and are just completely RANDOM. There is no way of increasing the possibilty of getting them apart from staying runescape for about a year straight

It seems that today I have had alot more random events than usuall, ive had over 5 mysterious men and 2 mazes - Both when I was in the wilderess :\.
