    Fairly sure it's England importing from Scotland (if you count that as crossing a border).
    A lot of Scots live in England.

    Otherwise it's probably Ireland.

    After that probably english-speaking countries where scots may have moved to; Canada, Australia, NZ etc.

    Is your argument about the USA perchance?

    It's most definitely not the USA; imports of haggis from the UK are banned there still because of BSE.

    I actually have a faint recollection of something saying that Scotland was actually the biggest importer of haggis in the world since some is made in England.

    Thanks, I know its not the USA. My Scottish English teacher tried saying that Russia is the biggest importer just because he hates me. And when I asked him where he got his statistics and facts, he couldnt back it up. I later saw him on bing tryna find the "largest importer of haggis." The guy tried to make me look like a fool, so I'm gonna proove him wrong on Monday! +repp anywayy
