I got a keylogger last night and I know this cause my AVG popped up with 3 infections on my computer so I clicked remove them and I did a full computer scan and there was no infections or anything left. So I was wondering has the keylogger fully gone and will all my stuff be safe now? Or could I still be at risk?

Helpp please. + REP for good answers.

You COULD still be at risk though as some Keyloggers can still be there and get through a scan. How did you get keylogged?

Normally this applies to anything like this. As said by Jewish Bear himself:

    ONCE INFECTED: BACKUP. FORMAT. REINSTALL.

I think it was a keyogger anyway when it popped up it said "TROJAN" and when i logged on my computer this morning the only thing that had been messed with (I think) was my habbo account.

Well some people will tell you to run many scans using various different programs. Although you can't be 100% sure that it has been deleted entirely, so format is the best option to ensure its fully gone.

It was the back door trojan not a keylogger so if i got rid of it with AVG should it be gone or not?

just re-format, its the only way you'll know your completley safe.
big risk not having a decent anti-virus anyway, AVG is piss poor.
