Well iv finally got it, BUTTT
when i go onto the Ulead its in black and white untill i change it to Pal, where it comes up for 2 seconds then jams the screen, so i changed it to pal 50 and it looks really good, but no games play on pal 50 so how can i get it to record pal 60?

Try ntsc one of them options worked for me brilliantly

I've got a dazzle DVC 100, but the problem's similar to what i used to have. I just record on NTSC, so it records in black and white, and open a program called amcap, and change the recording properties to secam_b and it's worked since, but i'm sure there'll be a guide on youtube somewhere

You did buy the DC60+ and not DC60 didn't you? DC60 only works with 50Hz.
