Bump yourself up to the M4A77TD Pro. And I'd deeply consider you get an M4A89GTD Pro (also available with USB 3.0 for £15 more)
And get a better PSU. Corsair do good ones. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/132563 would suffice.

If you're going AMD, get the new 6 cores.

The new ones are phenom's and are not much more expensive than the quad core versions (the lowest model, anyway). You can grab one for about £155.
