I have a really bad eating problem, there are times when I can't stop eating, then there are months where I feel sick of eating I avoid food...I don't know what to do about this as it's messing up my health and weight.

    Any suggestions?

meh I get this too. When you don't feel like eating, just keep it to small meals but make sure you do eat, just like a small sandwich at lunch and then eat what you can of your dinner. Yet to find a cure of what to do when I'm hungry yet though

lmao. Well I just went through a 2 month phase of not eating which resulted in me losing almost 2 stones, and now all of a sudden my appetites come back and I feel like eating every two seconds...it's really frustrating

That's pretty extreme, my phases only usually last like 2 weeks. All you can really do is distance yourself from the food and try to get distracted by something else

I've tried that so many times, it only like epically failed ;[
so like now I've suddenly become hungry again, and I'm really scared that when I lose my appetite again it's going to mess up my eating habit and my health will deteriorate even worse than last time, which was pretty bad.

If you starve yourself, unless you put yourself in an unhealthy eating regime then you will more than likely end up putting the weight back on and probably even plus some.
You need to eat healthily to lose weight.
Don't have sugary foods, fruit is probably the only thing that you should be eating that is your source of sugar (or fructose at least). Don't have many high carbohydrate foods, they cause insulin to be released which ultimately encourages fat storage (like sugar).
Just eat healthily and have high protein foods and fat. Fat isn't bad for you, that is a major nutrient that fills you up so you won't be wanting to eat more every hour, so it is good for you. Sugar's the real problem.

If you Starve yourself its basically going to make things worse as your body will want to catch up on the things it need to operate (Carbs, Protein, Fat etc)
So all i can reccomend is try and stick to a MINIMUM of 3 things a Day,

    Breakfast
    Dinner
    Tea/Snack

Obviously avoid things that might throw you off aka for myself Chocolate throws me off Balance.
