I like the first one, just I dont like those chairs in the waiting room, think polar sofas would look alot nicer! I love the zsecond one so much, it's so creative and well thought out!

Fantastic rooms, Maybe in the first one you could space out the black chairs in the waiting room? It just look's a bit crowded.
