Ok so i was bored today and my girlfriend mentioned baking a cake tomorrow so i was like Hmm i should get some practice in ;o
First cake i've ever made (A) It's a Chocolate Victoria Sponge with Vanilla buttercream filling ;D
tastes really good!
Its a bit messy around the side but i put a little too much filling in :L

Thats tormented me the fact that theres a slice missing i wanted it in my tummy

Yeah i had to have a slice ;D Stupidly messed up at the end. Put in the filling and put the top on but wasnt paying attention and some came out the side and made it all messy before i could put it in the fridge ;[ its almost all gone now. Got hungry
Tomorrows one will be better!
