Giving a Whole room Rights?

basically i have made a kik wars but one thing remains the same as every time i have tried, i cant make the room they go into give them auto rights like ALL the others seem to be able to do any help?

This could only be achievable before Beta. I have a room that I made where everyone has rights, and unfortunatley you cant make them anymore
