Basically I was doing sprinting in PE and it was quite wet and I slipped and fell on my back, but my chest seems to have taken the shock and it hurts when I breathe in too much, sneeze, cough, run and some other stuff, it's been like this since thursday around 9:30am.

What could it be? I mean I don't understand why it hurts considering I didn't fall on it. +REP to any suggestions (which are serious).

Chest pain is always a serious concern, I'd say you just pult a muscle in your upper back and it feels like your chest is hurting but its really your back. I'd suggest go to you doctor.
