MTV EMA's, underpriced?

Only UK and au have them, and not many.. are EMA's underpriced at 32HC?

We don't put the values on habbox to what we think they should be worth. We simply gather information from as many trades we see as we can and base the values on those so the prices of rares on the site are basically just the price at which we see them selling at. Please remember this is only a guide but nevertheless i'll keep my eye out so see if you're right

You said that only UK and AU hotels have them and they don't have many as it is, this would mean that they could rise after the merge when they become very rare, might be a chance for an investment there

Values of furni doesn't matter on what the value is on other hotels. It has to be a furni that is popular for people to buy them
