yeah i know what not to eat, i eat choc but i eat a lot of fruit and veg, my diet is pretty balanced without trying too hard anyway
If I've had a day of complete pigging out, I try to spend the next few days eating a bit healthierbut I normally just eat whatever.
Is this not rather similar to the calorie counting thread? Rather small difference it seems but yeah I do diet to a point - if I'm home then I eat whatever my parents make because they'd think I'm ridiculous if I told them I was dieting, but on my own I try to control what I eat as much as possible
I don't really try hard but don't eat crap like chips, avoid eating 20 meals in 1 day and eat lots of fruit&veg.
no one is asking if you check calories. one is asking if you diet.
i check calories sometimes. i don't diet.
No, I don't diet so much. Of course I watch what I eat, but being quite tall it seems I grow upwards rather than outwards.
