If you want to attract someones attention why not make it easier and contact them via Private Message like a normal person, rather then making it visible to the whole forum.

So you are basically admitting this thread is pointless?

I don't see the need for it. It's only a recent thing that it's become so widely used, and I don't think it hurts too much in the spam forum having threads with "ftao" in the title. The discussions within the threads are mainly typical of what you would find in spam anyway so it's really just the title that's different. A prefix would be just the same as manually typing it into the title should the thread creator want to. I'm guessing it will fade out after a while anyway.

no. I'm saying I'm not taking it too seriously. I started it cos I saw the hate ftao threads in spam so it could be seen as trolling if you added it but also cos there are loads of threads in spam so far with FTAO. Seeing as it's spam I don't see the reason of not adding it because of the excuse of "PRIVATE MESSAGE THEM FGS" as people start discussions over the FTAO threads

Well ok. But we don't like adding prefixes for the sake of it and like you have said it is "Spam". It really isn't an issue; just a lot of people have been doing these threads recently. I'm sure it will calm down over the next few days.
