Basically means (at a guess), when you send them the first email, they open a ticket for you and everytime you email them, it'll go to that ticket. The case has been closed because they dont think your worthy of being unbanned.

The only way to get out of a perm is to basically play on a different account for roughly 2-3 months without being banned then email them and show them that you have been a good Habbo for those 2-3 months and they will usually consider unbanning it.

They don't keep ban logs very long.

Looks like they didn't ignore you actually, they just didn't want to unban you. Try not selling accounts next time.

LMAO you're not serious, right? you'd think you'd realise after sending one e-mail and getting an INSTANT automated reply that it was... infact.. *automated* because your ticket had been closed and not send hundreds more LOL

I got permed last November and I couldn't get it unbanned until April just gone so it can take 6 months.
Next time you email them use a different email address and see if that works.
