Simple question. Do you smoke occasionally? I dont mean the odd cig here and there.
At the moment, yes I do. I've tried stopping so many times, a few times it would of actually worked if I pushed myself more, but I cba pushing myself so ehh.. I really regret starting because my breathing is terrible and I can hardly swim cos I get outa breath instantley.. also I'm now slow at running even tho I was fast
I'm gonna try and stop in the future, but ehh, lets see how it turns out.

Never ever ever.
I hate smoking it's disgusting. My granddad died of a heart attack and I'm guessing that his addictive chain smoking had something to do with that. So yeah I would never ever smoke.
