Well basically its been happening for a good while now,
I use Mozilla Firefox
But what basically happens is, every now and then when i click on a thread or the Who's Online list, it often starts a download of the Thread/Who's online list,
I'm hoping this is the right place but does anyone know why this keeps happening to me? O.o

You sure you aren't holding down the "Alt" key when you are doing this.
