    depends because sometimes you can get blamed for their death..... if their teeth are horrible i would take one look at ring 999

    If their teeth are horrible just don't give rescue breaths... You can still give chest compressions, same goes for if the mouth contains blood/infections or you just don't feel comfortable with it.

    And of course I would, no doubt about it. This tramp probably has a family, the only time I would justify someone not giving CPR to a casualty would be if that person is a young child, not physically able to or is unable because they don't know how to administer it (therefore more likely to cause extensive internal damage).

    Erm possibily if no one else was around to help. If they had infections around their mouth then no thanks because there would be a small chance of me catching whatever they have. PUKE

    Most certainly. I'd do everything within my power to save them providing I was safe myself. Regardless of their status in society it is still a life and I don't think I could bring myself to ignore the fact they were in need of help.
