Gambling could be tackled by having a gambling section and not allowing anyone signed up from singapore in those rooms, it bulletproofs sulake pretty much as long as they make all gambling rooms in that bit.

I can't quote the T&C obviously, but the rules were that you couldn't have games that gambled furni on games that were purely chance, but you were allowed to give away prizes on games which involve skill, such as quiz's etc.
