The Mysterious Green Diner Gate

I've never actually seen a Green Diner Gate on the UK Hotel so I was wondering if someone could enlighten me!

Have they been released and does anyone know if they're hard to get hold of? Well, that's a silly question because I haven't seen one, so... =/

Any help would be great +rep for anyone that contributes something helpful

I don't understand why they are getting compensated, when they was released in the catalogue here and on other English hotels too.. I know AU released them :S
