    According to these new scales my step-mum got? Is this bad? What does it mean? How can I have less?!

    Drink more. Sounds stupid but the more you drink the less water your body feels the need to hold, so you lose a bit of "water weight" and are overall more healthy anyway. First few days of taking on extra fluids you obv need to piss loads but you adapt fairly quickly.

    could be water retention?? i think if it is then you can get illnesses or somethin, might need to go doctor o.o

    Do some cardio/exercise and it should go within the next few days: when you're trying to lose weight/fat, the water comes off first.

    Don't worry about it, and I don't think it's to do with drinking too much water. I don't drink a lot, I should, and I believe I am holding a lot of water.

    your water-weight fluctuates through-out the day.

    Like when i'm really low on water i'm probably about 7lbs lighter than i normally am.

    Best thing to keep body water weight under control is drinking consistently. I drink like 3-4L a day without fail
