im thinking of getting this phone, i need your opinions/thoughts or if you have this phone or know someone who has it your input would be appreaciated

basically its a phone with social networking, 3G, wifi and the lot.

i've already read a few reviews which seem to be pretty good and they all seem to be impressed with this phone.

Going to be extremely blunt and honest here.

The only phones worth buying are made by Nokia, HTC and possibly Sony Ericsson, Motorola are in the middle, getting better, whilst I find LG and Samsung are complete crap with their phone software.

TOO LATE I BOUGHT IT

read various reviews, CNET gave it an 8/10 while others remarked on how it impressed them. i'm sure it'll be fine tom, mobile phones for me have generally been pretty good

I have a samsung monte and imo they are very good for the price, good choice of phone

For the price they are an okay handset. I just find they feel a tad cheap. But for the price, you're getting wifi and 3g.
I like their widgets. And the operating system compared to the likes of the tocco lite, genio touch etc is a lot smoother. Samsung are improving. They've cornered the "budget" touchscreen market. Saying that, ill informed people still opt for an LG .
