Is this Xbox any good?

My Xbox 360 got RROD a while ago and I attempted to fix it but no joy. I want to buy another Xbox 360, a modded one if possible so I can play downloaded games/backups. Found this, is it any good?

I assumed modded meant it could, guess not then.

It's the case and stuff that he's modded. I wouldn't buy any Xbox from eBay, Incase It's banned.

Yeh but most xbox which are modded get banned pretty quick now so you cant play online

I wouldn't even trust that auction. A picture of the Xbox Lights working? No thank you. Multiple images of the actual console or no sale.
