Laptop boot up.

My mum has a problem with her laptop, when she boots it up it allways goes into safe mode. Even if she chooses the ' boot windows with regular setting' ( i think thats what it says ), it still boots up in safe mode,

Does anyone know why this is happenin?

try this:
Start -> Run -> msconfig

Then select Boot tab and where it says Boot options uncheck Safe boot.
