    hey

    im not overweight as such, but i want to be able to be toned more than i am - lose all my belly fat i have - isn't a lot, but even the smallest bit stops people from seeing your abs - which i want to happen (wow that sounds weird).

    whats the quickest way to remove belly fat? is it possible in just 3 days (yeah i would love to be able to have my top off at a festival without being conscious into whether i look chubby)?

    No, it's not possible to see a dramatic change in just 3 days. You need hard work in dedication. Do loads of cardio, eat healthy and do more focused things like sit ups etc.

    To be quite honest you won't be able to get your desired results within three days. Try setting monthly goals for yourself so that you can progressively work towards your goal. Taking baby steps towards achieving something that you strive for is a very effective way of acieveing your goal. It's not reality to get results in a short amount of time without going under a knife which I think shouldn't be a choice. Just write out a schedule, life weights regularly and eat healthy and you should do just fine. Don't give up, you have to work vigorously to get your desired results. And when you do achieve your goal, it will all be worth it. Trust me. ;]

    You won't get it in three days but if you have a intense two week work out and watching what you eat you'll see some change straight away
