Chest pains

I woke up this morning with really sharp pains on the left side of my cheat, the pain didn't cause shortness of breath and I could breath fine, it just hurts at times. It feels like when you get a sharp pain in the back of your calf but the pain doesn't last 5mins I still have it. The pain in my chest was worse this morning and I'm feeling a little better but I don't know what may happen if I go to sleep tonight.


Does anyone know whats wrong with me?


Edit: I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but over the last week I got rarely any sleep maybe 3 or 4 hours.

If you've been ill chest infection perhaps?
Not sure though you should go and see your doctor
