I believe that this is the Habbo Winn Turbine and it priced at 14CS
However MR T said 8-15T...
honestly I'm 99% sure it is 14CS though

It depends,
The Habbo Wind Turbine habbox's current value is 14CS -
However there is a darker colour fan, it used to be called 'Birthday Fan' or something i remember (Only 3-4 where given out i think) -
However the dark Blue Fan (Birthday Fan) as it is called on .com has been released and is currently worth 0.3CS.

Darker blue fan is now worth around 5 credits because of the merge!
