Yer have you copyrighted it to your name? In which case obviously Habbo can't use it without you're permission, of course if you emailed them they'd ignore you and nothing would get done about it.

Habbo can use it if they want, cos he's using their stuff to make it (fonts etc).

Technically all alterations and things using the Habbo font are automatically copyright of Sulake so he won't be able to play that card.

It's a bit rich though how they're using other peoples work especially when they've messed up the official fansites like this.
