Speedtest hasn't been right for me for some time, I'm on a "Up to 20mb" broadband package but speedtest keep telling me I'm on something rather silly like 130!

The router does lie, that 8Mbps your router is quoting is not your actual speed, that's just what your ISP is providing to you, like ours says 8Mbps but actually we usually get ~6Mbps because we're about a mile from the exchange and we have copper cabling in an older house Originally Posted by HC0R3H00LIH00P
