You could use something like the following HTML code.
<iframe src="path/to/timetable.php" style="height:700px;width:100%"></iframe>
or just
<a href="path/to/timetable.php">Click here to see the timetable</a>

Can you please explain what you want us to help you do, in vaguely-technical terms?
It seems that you want a link from the home, to the timetable, to the staff panel... Which is easy, if that is actually what you want...
