Creating new fansite

I'm looking to help/fund someone to manage a fansite.

I have tonnes of experience , i just dont have the time to manage everything. I need someone who is committed and wont back down. Experience is a must , even if its only a past dj manager.

Plan is to create a new somewhat unique fansite for habbos.I have also debated creating more of a teen/younger adults radio station to get away from the habbo area.
