thanks for the report, you did well to get them at 1hc as ive seen them rising the past day or 2.

as for tips;

firstly, a screenie is always a good to add to a report
secondly, adding more than one value to a report is good (althought i know that most people dont do that anymore)
also, you could make it look a bit better althought that is completely needless! Add a bit of colour here and there, makes life a lot more interesting =]

overall theres not much wrong with the report so welldone!

as i said, it doesnt need much improvement, just make sure you keep the reports coming in, each report is very helpful!
