Right basically ive already got bare cvs but they are like a year out of date, I need an updated one and im looking on the internet and some of them are like whaaa.

I need a good template one, cos alot of them add in some utterly un-useful things.

And how many pages is it supposed to be? Cos employment history for me is like quite alot.

Oh also do u have to add references or not?
