Forgot Usernames Fail

Have been trying to retrieve my list of usernames for the last 2 days. I type in my e-mail and click submit, then the page follows informing me that they've just sent me an e-mail. Absolutely nothing comes through though.

Am I missing something? Is that service down while the merge is taking place or something?

i'm guessing you're using hotmail? if so, i'm afraid there is little you can do

email them using the help tool (from a different email) and tell them to send to this email

happens with hotmail sometimes and also yahoo. I know people who unblock them, got no clue how though ;/

Well, Google Mail is the best so try changing your email to a Google account or if you can't for this reason then sign up on the Habbo Help tool with that account.
