LG Cookie Pink (Phone)

Well I got this LG Cookie Pink for my bday and then its pose to be a touch screen one but now when i touch it nothing happends and nothing happends when i press any buttons... i was wounder if anyone knows nything about these phone or know what to do? x

I've never used a Cookie but have you tried using the stylus rather than your finger? It depends on what kind of screen it is.

and ive took the battery out and put it back in and still nothings happening, it wont even turn on

Check how many of the protective things you have on the front because I have the exact phone in black, it limits you to stuff. In my opinion it's a horrible phone sorry..

get in touch with where u bought it from or whoever bought it you got it from and they should switch it?
