just pvm, you'll get skills up while making money. then when you're higher you can god wars or w/e.

I do Kingdom, got over 200k profit from teserday, and then i do skills such as farming (herb runs) and then another skill like fish/wc

I personally make money from crafting double nats, slaying, boss hunting and farming herbs.

slaying and boss hunting is the fastest way to make large ammounts of cash, however playing a well rounded account and raising your skills equally will mean that you can pretty much always have a good source of income if your cash runs low or you need more, rather than having to rely on your luck of drops.
