    Default Hallucinations

    hey,

basically when i was little i had really severe hallucinations, the two main ones were cats clawing me constantly and the second was rats. The rats one had me scared for 4 months. i couldnt go out i couldnt walk withouhgt having to hold some 1's hand and i was close to a breakdown

its been bout 6 years since my last one and now all of a sudden i keep seeing things every were.

the other day we walking acros the road and i ended up pushing my friend onto the grass at the other side. she then got up ans asked me wt the hell i was doing and i told her that she just nearly got hit by a car, she then turned round and told me that there was no car and when i looked the road was clear at both end

and just a couple of days ago i was sat on my bed and then i saw something black run across the floor so i looked again and nothing was there. next thing i kno this big swarm of rats were crawling all over me and eating me alive i then screamed and mum came in and asked wt was wrong and suddenly they all dissapeared

i am major freaked out and hope this will be the last for some time, have any of you experienced anything like this before?

not necessarily, hallucinations can occur if your tired, sick such as a fever or stressed.

i've only ever hallucinated when i was a child and i had a fever; its really horrible, you just feel as if your about to die... I can only recall hearing voices when no one has spoken, and seeing patterns, lights, beings or objects that aren't there.

I'll be branded a maniac for speakin' the truth and I'll be murdered as soon as I hit the streets with the proof.

Go to a doctor.. it's not normal and I don't see why anyone would even consider thinking about not going..

pretty severe hallucinations you got there. sure you arent over exaggerating? Judging by your age I wouldn't put it down to drug/alcohol abuse/withdrawal so it's definitely due to lack of sleep or a genuine mental disoder (i.e. schizophrenia, etc.)

If you're worried it might be the latter, I'd suggest talking to your parents about it and getting an appointment with a professional. If you've been sleeping very little, sleep more and they should vanish.

I used to have things like this! Like... Every like few days when I was in bed (Wasn't asleep, because it recurred all the time) I would see some glowing white woman in some kind of white dress walking down the hallway, and when the door was shut she'd be right there next to my wardrobe, I used to scream aloud and everyone would be like 'WTF'
Then when I would sit down, usually in the sunlight a shadow would walk past the flooring past the window, it was every day and when I looked no-one would be outside the window, it also happened when I was alone in my house too...
I also used to have voice hallucinations, where I would ehar voices talking to me whilst I was lying down in bed, sometimes they would tell me what to do and everything... I seriously used to wake up the neighbours...
(this was when I was about 4 - 7 in my old house)

And just about a year ago I started having them again too, like I would be reading in my room and I saw this girls head poking around the door, not a normal girl, some greasy haired girl with really rough skin, like she was dead or soemthing... I was like running downstairs swinging the book around in the air, and when I got onto the stairs she was gone...
And the other month too, I was fully awake I'll have you know, this was at night time though (I'd slept all the way through the day) and I turn around, look at the window and I see some reflection of some person, no diea how to describe what tehy looked like, it dissapeared after like 2 seconds...

Just wait for a few weeks, if it doesn't sort itself out, go to a doctor...
Some scientists say we have hallucinations that are meant to guide us through our lives, like the voice ones I had would tell me what do to (Most of them silly I must say, like have a sandwhich in the morning LOLOL)
But yeh, if it doesn't sort itself out go see a doctor.

OMFG at this long post! Soz guys!

hmm, maybe it's your age. if they persist, tell your mum & go and see a doctor with her. also, why not study it on the internet? give your mind some peace about worrying
