Promotional T-shirt printing?

Right so I have an upcoming website set to launch in Q4 this year and I figured a good way to promote the website would be to get a t shirt with the logo on the front and the full website URL on the back however every website I find has a minimum of like 50. I dont need 50 I just need one.

Are there any websites which let you buy just one? Maybe im just searching the wrong thing.
I need it to be a Navy blue colour, or black.

I don't understand what you mean.
If you want to have a t-shirt with a logo on, my cousin used to go to the market to get it done.
Just bring the logo on a pen drive or something, put it on a computer that they'll probably have then they'll put it on.
