Senior DJs?

Hey

I was wondering, What do Senior DJs do? and How are they different from Normal DJs & DJs who are on trial?

Senior Dj's Help Normal Dj's as well as Trialists.

Senior Dj's also have a word in reports and can reccomend things to Managers, the sole purpose of Senior Djs is simply to help out Managers and Djs.

Oh I've been there, they basically as said help out management by making sure the radio runs smoothly in terms of quality. Historically these have been people who have had a large knowledge of radio and/ or have been very dedicated to their jobs. They help out newer DJs and yeh that's more or less it.
