Transfer Cable Help?

My new xbox transfer cable has just came, and when i open XPort or ProfileEditor, my hard drive isn't showing up even when its connected into my USB ports?

I've tried all three ports, i just can't get it to show up?
Wondering if anybody knows anything about xbox modding and could help me out a little bit?

You sure its all in right? Done anything to the hardrive? Im not 100% sure, but it might need some sort of driver or instalation, because does it class it as another harddrive?
