    Default Itchy red spots/blotches [PIC]

    well these 'spots' started to appear yeatserday and i've been getting more every day

    now i have about 4 on my arms & 4 on my legs and they are really itchy

    heres is a pic from the internet. they look very similar to this:



    any help as to what they are and how i get rid of them?

    Look a bit like insect bites, will probably just go down. Dont itch em.

    I had similar bites from midgies a few weeks ago whilst on a geography trip in Wales, I itched them and they came up and same with the others on the trip - they have gone now though. If you can stand the urge not to itch them then dont, but boy does it feel good to.
