Can someone please help me identify the name of this badge and how I got it? I haven't come back to habbo in a few years so I'm just a little curious.

It's the name change badge. You got them if you changed your Habbo name after creating an account through Facebook, or if you changed your name during the merge (if you name clashed with someone else's).
