Do it in this order:

Go to www.imageshack.us
Click Browse when you are on ImageShack.us and find the image, then click "Open"
Then Click "Host It" on Imageshack.us
Find the tag that has [img] at the beginning and [/img] at the end
Then edit your post above and paste it in there

Well keep making them and looking at others, and you will soon get better, ive only been making alts and stuff for like a month and ive got to the stage where i can do slightly decent stuff. (Look at sig)
