Default I have sound, but no picture? (Xbox 360)

Bassically, my parents were out all day, so I decided to move the xbox downstairs so I could use the BIG Tv. I connected it as per usual, just like I do for the normal TV. I turned it on to start playing and I can hear the normal sounds it makes when you log in, but there's no picture?

Has anyone else had this problem before?

do you use both hdmi and av?
Your settings may have changed so that your video goes through the wrong one, so check both hdmi and av channels.

or whatever you use for video may be loose at either end.
