How many times do you brush your teeth a day?

I now brush mine two times a day. Last month I always just brushed in the morning.

Now its morning and before I zZzZZZZzzZ

i use toothpaste twice, after breakfast and before bed
but after i eat lunch and dinner or a snack i always rinse my mouth with water and give them a quick brush without toothpaste

Like my girlfriend buttons, I brush with toothpaste twice, mornings and evenings. I also rinse me mouth with water after a meal or summit.
