Is there a way to change your eye colour?

Recently i've been thinking more and more how much I want some deep blue eyes rather then my brown ones and i was wondering if anyone knew of a fairly permanent way to do it?

You can buy coloured contacts with zero power so it won't matter if you don't wear glasses, although I assume you'd have to put them in daily but if you ever changed your mind again you could just stop wearing them.

coloured contacts, you need colour tints for a dramatic change. ask your optician idk if you need to have bad sight to get them.
but tbh if you've got brown eyes naturally you're gonna look stupid with blue eyes. it won't suit your colouring :/
this tanned girl at college with brown hair has them and she looks stupid, it makes her eyes look less noticeable

hmm the only problem with the lenses is that my eyes are really dark and i dont know if it would work well
