Everyone is free to post in whatever thread they so wish and no one has the right to prevent them from doing so. If you believe a member is posting pointlessly or otherwise breaking the rules in your thread, then you can report them and they will be dealt with.

If you have a particular problem with a specific member posting in your threads, then they can be added to your ignore list.

All post reports are checked regularly and a Super Moderator decides whether or not to take action, and what action should be taken if they decide to do so. Please allow some time for Post Reports to be checked because you must remember Moderators are only human and cannot be doing everything at once. If nothing happens you can PM a Super Moderator or Administrator for an explanation as to why your post reports did not result in action being taken against the posts - I am sure a reasonable and fair explanation can be given.

This is in no way a reflection of poor management and I am not quite sure where you have got that idea from.
