They won't cancel it. If they have to they'll give you a voucher to use. The only thing I can think of is that they base it from your IP. So it'll be there fault anyway. Or just ring up lol

Do whichever you want tbh lol. Won't make a difference if its wrong cus you'll have to pay 6.99 for European delivery. If it's not, then it just depends when you need it I guess lol
