Yeah this can't be avoided, it happens when a notice is deleted, sorry!

Just to add to this I was curious why there were so many BB events. Sure, it's a big event but I think there were over 10 notices which got really annoying, but yeah.

Notices are the way forward I guess to make people more aware of what's happening. It may get annoying after a while, but it only takes a second to click the cross.
