Head Glitch OR Water Feet Glitch
Move the Beach Ball next to the side of pool (Blue Long Pool Piece, which is also a seat). Make your Habbo in a line with the Beach Ball and the seat. Then click the seat so that you pass through the Beach Ball and sit down in one click.
Deep Pool = Head glitch
Shallow Pool = Water feet glitch

Its a good glitch
You can also do it by rotating a surfboard and then walking on the floor
